FCC Lubricants

Omega Refining

Our client, Omega Refining contracted Ultragen to design two new Vacuum Base Oil Fractionation towers for their Louisiana and Nevada plants. The new Louisiana site (greenfield project) will hydrotreat vacuum gas oils produced from re-refined motor oil to market grade base oils. This processing facility will yield a production of 7500 USGPD of three high quality base oil grades. The Nevada project was executed on a brown field site with an objective to produce 2500 USGPD of the same three market grade base oils....

Safety Kleen

Our client, Safety Kleen wanted to increase its reclaim oil hydro treating capacity by 25%. This is comparable to a production throughput at an incremental of 3500 BSPD.Ultragen successfully assisted the client in achieving their objective by pinpointing where the bottleneck was occurring, which made the expansion possible. Additionally, our team was able to work efficiently during the scheduled shut down period to identify the issue and to avoid any loss in production time.....
